Texas law requires a written agreement between you and your agent before you tour homes together. We'll walk you through the options, including the services included and how compensation works — broker compensation is not set by law and is fully negotiable.

Tour and compare.

We'll help you look at homes, neighborhoods, and the numbers side by side.

Offer to closing.

We'll help you prepare your offer, negotiate, and keep inspections, the option period, financing, and closing on track.

Questions

Do I need to be pre-approved before we talk?

No. We can talk anytime. If you plan to finance, a lender pre-approval helps you understand your budget before you make an offer.

Can we start touring right away?

Yes, once we've signed a written buyer agreement — Texas requires one before a showing. A showing-only agreement can be non-exclusive and last up to 14 days.
