We are The Gomez Group, a team with JLA Realty. We collect the information you give us (on our forms, by phone, text or e-mail) to respond to your request and manage your relationship with our team. When you send a form we also record basic technical details, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you were on and how you reached our site, to prevent spam, keep a record of your request and understand how people find us. Companies that host this site, protect our forms from spam and deliver our e-mails and text messages process this information for us. We do not share mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in information or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to required records retention.

AI assistant. Our team uses an AI assistant inside our private client-management system. OpenAI is our AI processor for that assistant. When a team member asks the assistant a question, we send OpenAI the question and the record details that team member is already allowed to see. Information you give us, including on this website (such as your name, contact details, property address and the text of an inquiry message), becomes part of your record, so it may be sent to OpenAI when a team member uses the assistant about your record. OpenAI does not use data sent through its API to train its models. We turn off OpenAI's optional storage of assistant conversations; OpenAI keeps API data in abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to protect its services or others from harm.
